He is the author of Decision Intelligence: Why Evidence Fails and How Leaders Win the Room, and writes Decoded, a newsletter on data, AI, and the decisions that shape how organizations move. Drawing on years spent inside operations and data functions, Nicholas has seen firsthand how good analysis wins and loses in real meetings, and has built his career studying what separates the two. He now works with leadership teams, conferences, and organizations across industries, helping them close the gap between smart analysis and confident action.
